To return an item, please send us an email at for assistance, or call +212 5 22 23 55 45 , Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, LT. Only an Item that has a hardware failure can be returned for a replacement, Please read below for more details.


Non-functioning Product: Failure Out of the Box

A Hadisy-branded hardware product is considered Non-Functioning if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operation, when you first use it after opening the box. If you believe that your product is Non- functioning, please call our support team at +212 5 22 23 55 45 within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. Our Technical Support will determine whether the product is Non-functioning and offer you the following options:

  • Replacement: Hadisy, at its expense, will ship another of the same product. Our Technical Support will put you in touch with one of our representative who will arrange for replacement and the Non-functioning product’s return. You can also simply fill out the replacement form located on the replacement page.
  • Service: Our Technicians may repair your product. If not, your product will be replaced with a new one.
  • If Hadisy’s Technical Team determines that you have misrepresented a returned product’s condition and that the product is not Non-Functioning, Hadisy may impose handling fees, which will be determined based on the product.


Return Conditions

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Hadisy reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 10%. Please note that Hadisy does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:

  1. Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products
  2. Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
  3. Products without a hardware failure. Only products that are not functioning can be returned for replacement. Hadisy doesn’t have a standard return policy for functioning products.
